As a guide, initial visits take between 30 to 45 minutes, depending on your health complexities. Follow-up visits take 15 to 20 minutes and are usually required to discuss test results and monitor your condition. Please note, in rare cases, unforeseen emergencies may cause delays. Also each practitioner is different so if it’s important for you to know make sure to ask our staff when booking.
If you need to cancel your appointment, please provide at least 48 hours’ notice to allow other patients to take your slot. Cancellations with less than 48 hours’ notice may result in no further appointments being provided. If you are late by more than ten minutes, your appointment will need to be rescheduled.
